Advena Living of Clearwater offers a variety of special amenities and conveniences that cater to our community members to make them feel at home:
Each room is tastefully furnished with a bed, bedside table, television, and armoire or closet. If community members prefer to bring their own furniture, we are happy to work together within the space available to make it feel like home.
We encourage community members to gather at mealtime to enjoy socializing, conversation and time with friends and family. We provide a communal dining experience, with diet and nutritional planning that caters to each individual.
It is our goal to accommodate the mealtime preferences and schedules that our community members want. Whether that means starting the day at 5 a.m. with coffee and the morning news, or sleeping in until 10 a.m. and having Frosted Flakes and orange juice for breakfast, we will work to make that happen in accordance with the member’s personal routine.
One of our dining highlights is a monthly “Chef’s Selection” dinner, which showcases cuisine from around the world. Our team is specially trained to create a gourmet meal each month that focuses on a specific region or theme, giving our community members the feel of a memorable night out at a five-star restaurant. It is our pleasure to offer our community members an enhanced dining experience with increased socialization opportunities.
We are a pet-friendly community. Pets are considered on an individual basis depending on age, size and type of pet. We require a temperament assessment completed by a qualified individual, as well as current vaccinations and flea and tick prevention. A designated friend or family caregiver must agree to take the pet in an emergency. Additionally, the community member must agree to cover the cost of grooming, food and maintenance of the pet, including third-party services to care for the pet if necessary. A $500 deposit is required.
